We wanted to share with you the safety procedures in place so that you can feel safe and comfortable coming into our skincare and beauty salon.
Above all else, it's important to us that our clients and staff can feel secure. We will be following all government guidelines around social distancing and have also put the following measures in place:
Anything brought in will need to be kept with you at all times.
Appointments are spaced out to reduce the number of people present and to allow extra time for cleaning/sanitisation.
Sanitising of rooms will take place in between clients, as well as more frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces.
Staff have been informed and trained on sanitisation best practices.
We are also kindly asking that you:
Arrive for your appointment alone.
Wait in your car or outside in fresh air if you are early for your appointment
We appreciate your prompt arrival. If you are late, we may have to reschedule.
Sanitise your hands when you arrive at the salon.
Keep a space of 2 metres between you and anyone else in the salon.
Do not touch or shake hands with anyone else in the salon.
Please bring your bank card or contactless payment as it will be cashless payments only.
We will be sending covid questions along with your consultation cards if you could fill these in before your appointment that would be a great help and give us more time to spend with you in your treatments.
